Liu Guoliang, the Chinese table tennis legend and International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) Executive Vice President, was appointed as World Table Tennis (WTT) board member. The 46-year-old official will replace Matt Pound, who is set to switch his focus on day-to-day business operations.
