3 CSL sides have not finished debt settlement
CFA released the list of teams in the Chinese professional league pyramid which have finished debt settlement on Monday. 42 teamsare named. Three CSL outfits including Chengdu Rongcheng, Guangzhou City and Shenzhen are not on the list. Guangzhou not on the list either.
